Engineering AI systems for teams that actually ship
Independent studio. Mobile apps, full-stack platforms, and automation that runs in production. Sixteen live projects in the last 18 months.
Sixteen things I shipped recently
All live, all production. Sources of truth in data/projects.json — adding a new project is one JSON entry and two screenshots.
Three things I do well
No agency overhead, no junior layer. Direct work, end-to-end.
App development
Web and mobile apps with AI integrated where it actually helps. SaaS dashboards, B2C platforms, internal tools. React, React Native, Node, Postgres.
Sites that convert
Landing pages, brand sites, e-commerce. Performance-first, SEO-ready, scroll animations done correctly. Static where possible, dynamic where needed.
Process automation
Workflows that quietly run in the background. Email triage, lead scoring, content pipelines, reporting. n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic, custom Python where needed.

One engineer · Production-only
I'm based in Munich and ship code that other people pay for. No PowerPoint decks, no «digital transformation» consulting — just working software in repositories with my name on the commits.
The sixteen projects in Selected Work are all live. Some have a hundred users, some have ten thousand. All of them were shipped on the timelines I quoted.
If you have a problem that needs to be solved with code rather than slides, write me.
The name «AIS.152» is a small tribute to AISI 52100 — the bearing steel used in precision engineering. Same idea, different material: precise, load-bearing, quiet.
